RE: If your hydrolic slide out fails...
Mine retracted very slowly. I tried the Manual jack and it didn't work. I pushed the glide in as someone else had the switch engaged. Dealer said Battery was weak. Relaced Battery. It works fine now.

T-Bone in Minnesota!
Its 60 outside and my 2nd campfire of the season in the back yard. I'm having a 1.2# T-bone, that cost me $2.40, grilled 0ver the fire. . I can't afford to pull the 5er, but I can eat!

For Grinders--I'm Politicaly correct now, I call them Hot Italian Sausage sandwiches, instead of the derogatory "Hot Degos". Don't forget to add the pepperoni. I brown that with the meat to get rid of the grease. I use Frozen Meat Balls and slice them in half or brown loose hamburger. I freeze the left overs in 1# containers and have at work.

Good Morning Carol,
We've had one for years and use it for everything. Spagetti Sauce, Stew, Soup. We don't eat much fried for health reasons, but its also a good deep fryer. After a while we had to season it like cast iron, but no big deal. Sturdy and well worth the money.

I found this on Good Housekeeping.
Beer Cheese Dip
2 cups shredded chedar
1/4 cup beer
2 tbsp worcesteshire
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
let cheese stand at room temperature for 30 min. combine ingredients, blend with mixer. Refrigerate up to 24 hrs.

Tuna Potato chip cassarole
1 cn tuna
1cn crm mushroom soup
8 oz bag potato chips
2/3 bag of chips in mixture, 1/3 crushed on top. 350 for 1 hr.

I'm working 12 hrs, starting at 0630. Orderves for breakfast--Shrimp, Boneless Wings, BBq meatballs, relish tray, dip. Entree-Strip Steak Baked Potato. My Wife hasn't decide when to have the Ham, Tuesday of Wednesday. I have two co-workers that I'll share orderves with.

Best Christmas
Not rushing the season. giving you time to Ponder... 1960 or 61? My Dad was a Foreman at Whirlpool, He had a Seminarian working for him, probably 30 married with three kids. He wroked 4 to midnight also had a job at one of the first MacDonalds In St. Paul,during the day. Three weeks before Christmas Al Erickson was going thru scrap metal. My Dad asked him what he was doing. Looking for metal to make Xmas tree ornaments. That struck a Nerve in Dad. Weekend before Christmas drove 20 miles to pick up Maternal GrossMother, with homemade baked beans, bought ham, Mom Made scallops, bought lights and ornaments. Surprised them. Had a faantastic Day. Visited his 1st Church in Iowa the next Summer and he retold the Story. 56 Years later it still bring tears to my Eyes>

DW made frozen Potato & Onion with 2# of fresh Sauerkraut and 1# cooked Dinner Sausage. The three ingredients baked in a Cassarole Dish. We thought they were tasty. I had Onions on the Side.

My Wife won a jar of Peach Salsa, she suggested I doctor that up. I'll let you know how it turns out. For being Irish-German, I love hot peppers. If salsa calls for 1# Peppers, I add 2#.
